Thank you so much for helping someone accomplish their goals! Below you find the answers to some common questions when purchasing cards. Already have your card? See how to use your Slice the Price Card.
What Do You Get When You Buy a Slice the Price Card?
When you buy a Slice the Price Card for $20, you receive a reusable discount card valid for buy-one-get-one-free pizza at participating Domino's locations, and your purchase directly supports the local school, team, or group that sold you the card.
Yes. Once your card arrives, the code on it works on Dominos.com, in the Domino's app, in-store, or by phone at participating Domino's locations.
There is no per-order cap. At participating Domino's locations, every large pizza you buy at menu price comes with a second large pizza of equal or lesser value free, and the card keeps working until it expires, so one card can cover pizza night all season.
For orders over ten pizzas, give your store 24 hours notice.
No. You can pick two different large pizzas. You pay menu price for one, and the one that costs less is free.
The card is a purchase, not a donation, so most buyers cannot deduct it.
Your own tax situation may differ, so ask your accountant. The group you supported can give you their EIN if you need it.
Cards are valid for 6 months up to 1 year, depending on when the fundraiser starts. The expiration date is on every card.
Fundraisers starting between January 1 and June 30 expire December 31 of that year. Fundraisers starting between July 1 and December 31 expire June 30 of the following year.
The card is not tied to a name, so anyone can use it. Before you give it, check the map at slicetheprice.com/map to make sure there is a participating Domino's near them.
Check the live map of participating locations at slicetheprice.com/map before you buy.
The card works at every participating Domino's shown there, not just the store nearest the group selling it.
You can still buy a card. It only works at a participating Domino's, so you can use it when you visit an area that has one. Check the map at slicetheprice.com/map to find one. We add new locations all the time.
You can also choose to donate a card. You pay no shipping charge on donated cards and it goes directly to the group after the fundraiser ends. They earn the same amount for every donated card purchased.
Yes. A single buy-one-get-one use typically covers the $20, and the card is not single-use. You can keep using it until the expiration date on it.
No. The card applies to menu-priced large pizzas only, so it cannot be stacked with coupons, promotions, or other special pricing.
Online orders are typically processed and shipped by the next business day.
Standard shipping can take up to 10 business days for delivery, while Priority Shipping (includes tracking) can take up to 5 business days.
Cards purchased through an order form are typically distributed about two to three weeks after the fundraiser ends.
Standard shipping costs 99¢ per card up to 4 cards in a single order. Priority Shipping is automatically applied to orders of 5 to 49 cards for a flat $9.99. Orders of 50 or more cards are sent with Priority Shipping at no charge.
Yes. You can place one big order sent to your address, or place separate orders for each person that still ship to your address but have their name on the shipping label. Shipping is free on an online order of 50 or more cards. Smaller orders pay shipping.
No. The Slice the Price card is a physical card that arrives by mail.
Once it arrives, the code on it works on Dominos.com, in the Domino's app, in-store, or by phone at participating Domino's locations.
The Slice the Price Card works like one at participating Domino's locations: there is no per-order cap, so for a party you can buy several large pizzas at menu price and get the same number of equal or lesser value free on a single order. The card keeps working until the expiration date on it, and $10 of your $20 goes to the local group that sold it.
For orders over ten pizzas, give your store 24 hours notice.
If you are looking for a teacher discount at Domino's, the closest everyday equivalent is the Slice the Price Card: $20 once, then every menu-priced large pizza comes with a second large pizza of equal or lesser value free at participating locations until the card expires. Cards are sold by school and community groups, so the $10 the group keeps often supports your own students.
Yes. Contact us with your name, your child's name, and the fundraiser name, and we will move the sale so it counts for your child instead.
The card works at participating Domino's locations across the country. It is not yet available in Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota and Utah. We are working every day to add more locations in every state.
No. The card only works on large pizzas. Domino's only makes gluten free crust in a small size, so it cannot be a large. Since the card needs two large pizzas, a gluten free pizza cannot be part of the deal.
If you pick Priority Mail, tracking is included. You do not need to ask for it. Priority Mail usually arrives about 5 business days after it ships.
If you pick First Class Mail, there is no tracking. First Class usually takes up to 10 business days after it ships. If your card has not arrived by then, contact us.
