Below you’ll find answers to common questions about running a Slice the Price Card fundraiser.
What Do You Need to Know While Running Your Fundraiser?
Once your fundraiser is live, share your online store link and your order forms or info flyers with your sellers, set a deadline, and watch progress on your dashboard. On a Digital fundraiser every sale happens online, so there are no order forms to turn in. When it ends, you finalize your fundraiser on My Events to start your payout. We are here all the way through. Contact Platinum Fundraising if you have questions during your campaign.
After your fundraiser ends, sign in to your Events Page at account.dominos.cards. Under Sponsor Tools, tap Turn In Forms. Snap a photo of each seller's page, check the numbers, pick a prize for any seller who did not register one, and check out. Turn in all your forms at once, after the fundraiser ends.
Your group keeps the cash and checks your sellers turned in. When you check out, we show your balance. Your group owes us our share of each card sold on paper. We owe your group its share of each card sold online, unless that share was already paid to your group's bank account when the buyer paid. If we owe your group money, we send it by check or direct deposit. If your group owes us, the checkout shows how to pay, such as by check, money order, or purchase order.
After your fundraiser ends, sign in to your Events Page at account.dominos.cards. Go to Sponsor Tools and tap Finalize Fundraiser. Pick a prize for any seller who did not register one. Then check out. Our Customer Care Team will finalize your order so we can process your payout.
The letter does. The parent letter and the info flyer come in Spanish: use the Info Flyer (Español) button on My Events, and your rep can set Spanish letters on your agreement so the printed letters arrive in Spanish. The tear-off order form on the back of the letter is still English only.
Cards from order forms reach you about a week after we finalize your order, so you have time to hand them to your sellers.
Cards bought online ship straight to the buyer, so you never handle those.
Every sale on a Digital fundraiser happens online, and those cards ship straight to the buyer.
There is nothing for your group to collect and nothing to hand out.
No. Our fundraisers run for two weeks. We have found this timeframe creates real urgency, keeps participants focused, and consistently produces the strongest results.
Longer fundraisers tend to lose momentum and reduce overall sales.

Yes. A teacher gets one free card for themself when at least five or more of their students each sell at least one each.
Prizes that already shipped stay as they are. Each seller with new cards can earn a new prize for the new cards only, at the level those new cards reach. Customer Care checks these turn-ins before the new prizes go out.
Yes. When you turn in forms or finalize, you can pick a prize for any seller who did not pick one. If no one picks, they get the default prize for the highest level they reached.
Yes. If your team qualifies for t-shirts or camp outfits, you can purchase additional items. Just give us a call and we will walk you through pricing and available options.
T-shirts and camp outfits are designed and ordered after the fundraiser order is turned in, once we can confirm who qualified.
After the design is approved, production typically takes about two weeks. In most cases, items are delivered approximately three to four weeks after the fundraiser ends.
Pick Stripe and the money arrives as cards sell. Or choose direct deposit or a check at the end.
It is $10 per card whichever way you are paid, and we cover the Stripe fees.
Your group never pays for a card that did not sell, and there is nothing to send back.
